These terms govern your use of onlinebaseballacademy.com (the "site"), operated by Utmost Solutions LLC ("we"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this site is

Online Baseball Academy publishes informational guides about youth baseball equipment and player development, aimed at parents and coaches. It is provided free of charge. Using it does not create any coaching, professional, advisory, or client relationship between us.

Equipment rules change — verify with your league

Bat certification standards are set by leagues and governing bodies, differ between organizations, and change over time. We check what we publish against their published rules and date every guide, but your league's current rulebook governs, not this site. Confirm with your league before buying equipment. We are not responsible for equipment that turns out to be ineligible for play.

Training guidance is not medical advice

Anything we publish about mechanics, drills, or training is general information, not individualized instruction and not medical advice. Baseball carries risk of injury, and throwing programs in particular can cause harm if they are wrong for a given player. Consult a qualified coach, athletic trainer, or physician before starting or changing a training program, and stop if something hurts.

A commission never buys a recommendation on this site. No brand pays for placement here and no manufacturer reviews our pages before they run.

Products are sold by third parties, not by us

We do not manufacture, sell, stock, inspect, test, or ship any product mentioned on this site. When you follow a link and buy something, that purchase is a transaction between you and that retailer. Their terms, pricing, availability, warranty, returns, and shipping apply, and we are not a party to it.

Product details — specifications, materials, sizes, certification markings, and prices — come from manufacturers and retailers. That information can be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong, and it changes without notice. Prices in particular change constantly; where we show a specific price we show the date we checked it, and it may be wrong by the time you read it.

Do your own research before you buy. Confirm the specifications, the certification stamp, and your league's current rules with the retailer, the manufacturer, and your league before purchasing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any product's quality, safety, condition, performance, fitness for a particular purpose, defects, or eligibility for play, or for any injury, loss, or expense arising from a product you buy after reading this site. Claims about a product are between you and the seller or manufacturer.

Acceptable use

Please don't use the site to break the law, to send us unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing material, to send unsolicited advertising through our contact form, or to attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it.

Contact form submissions

Don't send sensitive personal information (government ID numbers, financial account details, health information, or passwords) through the form. What we do with what you send is described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us an idea, correction, or suggestion, you agree we may use it without any obligation to you.

Intellectual property

The content, layout, and design of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read it, print it for your own use, and quote or link to it with attribution. Please don't republish it wholesale, or use our name or branding, without our permission.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't promise the site will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located there.
